Once you select a screened tenant, we will have them sign a thorough lease which will include a move in move out condition report, house rules and other addenda.
Tenants will pay you directly. We are not a property management firm and do not handle funds. You pay us for leasing your property and only after you get paid. We don’t charge any other fees.
